Store More is proud to be a family run business. We opened our doors at the Willerby branch in October 2016 with a very simple philosophy – Put service first. Do more than expected for our customer and go the extra mile whenever the opportunity arises.
According to our Feefo reviews we are doing just that, wether it be our FREE Van Fire, Nespresso Coffee served all day every day or even the FREE 24 Hour Access. We are putting old fashion customer service at the forefront of everything we do.
Below is a timeline of events that lead to Store More opening.
OUR EUREKA MOMENT
Whilst on honey moon in America Dean and Claire saw the Self Storage phonoenom taking shape. It seemed like every street they drove down had a self storage facility.
A quick google search showed no Self Storage Facilities in Beverley, from this point onwards the honey was over. Dean was constantly researching the storage industry much to Claire’s delight.
Our first storage facility, Beverley 24 Hour Self Storage was open
A very proud moment Beverley 24 Hour Self Storage was accredited with the Self Storage Association stamp of approval.
2 became 3 and our first son Zak was born
3 quickly became 4 and Kai was born … Live just got very busy
After years of searching for our second facility we found it … In Willerby, we signed the lease agreement for 20 years, Store More was born
We hit the milestone of 50 customers
We hit the milestone of 100 customers
After spending over £500,000 on the fit out Store More was nearly ready to open its doors
We hit 150 customers
We had to expand our facility sooner than expected and phase 2 of our development was open
We opened our doors and Store More was born and we were immediately given the accreditation from the Self Storage Association
Our 1st birthday whoop whoop. It also coincided with us hitting 200 customers in the same week
We wanted to give something to our customers so we decided to offer Free 24 hour access … something no one in the area offered
Store More were awarded the gold standard award from Feefo … A really proud moment for the facility and the staff. This was awarded for excellent customer care
A customer mentioned Nespresso as their favourite coffee. With our company philosophy in mind we ordered a Nespresso machine
With van hire prices rising we decided to buy a new van and offer FREE Van Hire to all our customers.
A very proud moment, we were Nominated for the Independent Self Storage Facility of the year 2018
